How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within 24-48 hours. You'll receive an email once approved.
What counts as valid verification?
Military ID (CAC), DD-214, VA health card, police/fire badge, department ID, school ID, or a screenshot showing a .mil or .edu email address.
How long does the free access last?
Hero discount access is granted for 1 year and can be renewed. In most cases, we're happy to extend indefinitely.
